Our products, including the Mehikari, a representative fish of Kitaura that can only be found in a few places in Japan, as well as Himuka mackerel and overnight-dried pufferfish, are loved by customers all over the country. We process the raw materials without freezing them to preserve their freshness, so the delicious taste of freshly caught fish is preserved in our products.
