Taking advantage of the rich nature of the mountainous area, we grow 30 types of vegetables a year using frost cultivation. ``Growing delicious vegetables starts with soil preparation!'' The carefully selected soil that we have created over 20 years does not use compost such as cow dung, and we use no chemical fertilizers, no compost, no organic fertilizers, and no pesticides or reduced pesticides. We also use liquid fertilizers such as homemade rice bran containing natto bacteria, seaweed, shrimp and crab, and aim to create soil that is similar to the natural environment, similar to the forest environment. I would like to spread the appeal of food by growing vegetables that people will find delicious.
