It's a clean, sealed space, like a research laboratory you'd see in a movie or drama. This is Mr. Koga's farm. He aims to provide a stable supply of safe and beautiful vegetables using pesticide-free hydroponics indoors, where temperature and humidity are perfectly controlled. The vegetables Mr. Koga grows are rich in minerals and packed with nutrients. They also have high antioxidant levels and are expected to improve immunity. Mr. Koga grows a wide variety of vegetables to suit the needs of the time. When we visited for the interview, the edible flowers that were ready for harvest were a vibrant sight. Lettuce, cilantro, basil, and various herbs are also grown in this farm.
