Nobeoka Gastronomica ~Nobeoka Gastronomic Society~ was held!

With the aim of attracting tourists from outside the city using Nobeoka's attractive ``food'' as a key word, on January 23rd (Tuesday) in Shinbashi, Tokyo, a tasting of dishes made with Nobeoka ingredients, sightseeing around the city, We held an event called ``Nobeoka Gastronomica - Nobeoka Gastronomic Society'' to promote hometown tax payments.

The event was attended by chefs from Japanese Restaurant Takahama (Kitamachi), Chez Onji (Honmachi), and Shiki Shokusai Kuraya (Chuodori) from the city, and was attended by approximately 90 guests including influencers, media, and corporate representatives. We served dishes made with Nobeoka ingredients and local sake from Nobeoka Sanzo.

The food served included Mexicali cuisine called Nobeoka Gourmet, chicken nanban, and other dishes devised especially for the day, which were highly praised by the participants, who said they were ``very delicious.''
