Chef Ochiai Tsutomu came to visit the production site and exchanged opinions with the chefs!

Tsutomu Ochiai, owner and head chef of an Italian restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo, visited Nobeoka City in March to inspect the city's ingredients and production areas.

In addition, we held an exchange of opinions with the chef members of this council. During the meeting, Chef Ochiai showed interest in using local ingredients and also offered menu advice to the chefs, resulting in a lively exchange of ideas.
