The current owner, the second generation, lived in Tokyo for 10 years. After working for a company, he returned to Nobeoka and took over his predecessor's restaurant. By combining "old ways" and "new ways" to preserve tradition, while not being afraid to innovate, the restaurant, now in its 50th year of operation, has grown into a sushi restaurant that can accommodate nearly 300 people at once.
